Balloon Release Memorial
On June 26th, we
gathered family and friends at a Lake near our house to release balloons in
honor of our angel, Darcy. Jason and I both felt this was very important for us
to do to honor the short life our child lived inside of me as well as try to
bring some kind of closure to the situation. After we released the balloons,
Jason did express feeling peace and very glad that we did that. I am glad too.
It was a nice tribute to our baby.
A verse was read and then our friend Lani said a prayer and then Jason said a
prayer for our baby. We all let our balloons float into the air. We released
pink and blue balloons.
