Honoring Our Angel

Honoring Our Angel,
Darcy Quinn

On or around June 21, our baby went to heaven and became an angel. We honor Darcy's short life in the womb and her never ending life in our hearts. This page is to share our angel's story with you.

Our Story- Coming Soon!
I plan to add a detailed story of our pregnancy and how Darcy became an angel as soon as I feel up to writing it!

How and Why We Named Our Angel:
During my pregnancy, Jason and I nicknamed this baby, "DQ" for Drama Queen. I was certain this baby was a girl (although that was never technically confirmed) and I said that she was causing me to go to the doctor so much because she liked attention and was going to grow up to be a drama queen!
When our baby died, we at first thought the baby could just be "DQ" forever but then we decided that he or she should have a proper, real name as this child was and will forever be a very real part of us. I told Jason I really wanted to choose a name that had started with a "D" and we chose Darcy as we felt it's pretty neutral. I was just going to go with the initial Q and Jason suggested Quinn as it is neutral as well.
Thus, our angel is named Darcy Quinn!

Memorial Card
We made a memorial card with Darcy's name and a poem we liked on it, so that our friends and family may never forget our angel.
